Everything went so smoothly. I was well looked after and my needs were met. I was updated at all times and knew exactly what was happening. All the staff are welcoming and friendly. The area is spotless and tidy.

Initially annoyed that I had to book a time to be told it would be a couple of hours wait before it would get looked at. However, Joe in the service department got it checked quickly, arranged a courtesy car and got the car fixed quickly.

Concerned when the technician flagged up a problem with my brake discs and it was later discovered that the tool used to measure was not set up correctly. I may have had a more costly bill if I hadn't flagged it up with the service desk.
