Josh was exceptionally personable and very knowledgable about the full range of options and models available, which helped us choose a vehicle that was right for us. He supported us throughout the process and was always very welcoming.

Everything went so smoothly. I was well looked after and my needs were met. I was updated at all times and knew exactly what was happening. All the staff are welcoming and friendly. The area is spotless and tidy.

Josh at Lloyd's was amazing. Nothing was too much bother. He went through all the options available at Mini and helped me pick the model which suited me best. He kept in touch during the waiting process, providing updates by text. Josh was very kind.

Initially annoyed that I had to book a time to be told it would be a couple of hours wait before it would get looked at. However, Joe in the service department got it checked quickly, arranged a courtesy car and got the car fixed quickly.

We turned up at the appointed time and we're dealt with straightaway and would dropped off in town with the show for service which was second to none and then picked up again around three o'clock where the car was ready and clean so very happy thanks

Reece from BMW is outstanding. The customer service he gives is outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble for him. I have a mini countryman and have been with Mini Carlisle for over 5 years. Knowing Reece is still at mini/BMW we are very happy
