Could not fault Josh he was very helpful and friendly. He explained everything, he offered us a test drive, he asked if we needed any adaptions , he asked if we could bring my wheelchair down to try in the boot. I definitely will definitely recommend

Communication was terrible. I normally receive a video with information which I didn't plus I agreed a time for collection but it wasn't ready. Nobody communicated this and had to wait 40 minutes. Plus the complimentary wash and hoover was awful.

Booked in for 11am and had been previously told it would take 1.5hrs. We dropped the car off and went a walk. While we were out they phoned to inform us they were a technician short & it would take at least 2.5 hrs. They did a health check 50min

No problem with quality of work. No courtesy car available so was offered transfer to town with pick up at same spot at 330pm back to garage. Unfortunately after 5calls no transfer appeared and I had to walk from town to Kingston estate.

I booked a battery replacement and was persuaded to take a battery check. This resulted in a battery replacement for an extra £50! Faulty tyres were not replaced as agreed resulting in me having to return the next day. It was a shambles.
