I was exceptionally pleased with the quality of customer service I received from Tom, he really took into consideration any concerns I had by really taking the time to go through every detail with me, the handover was thoroughly enjoyable.

Satisfied doesn't even cover my feelings about the experience with mini. They really treat you like one of the family. touching base on a weekly basis, sometimes more often to keep me up to date with how things were progressing. Nothing was too much.

They fixed the problem and went further to fix another issue as well, rather than me having to bring the car back - really helpful and thoughtful.

Although I was warned that the diagnostic would be a certain price, the bill was half of what I expected as the job had taken less time than anticipated. I would never have known if I had been charged the orginal estimate. Exceptional service.

Tom and Josh were very helpful and patient with my wife and I. They took us through the procedure, explaining things clearly and simply. Any questions we had were answered knowledgeably. Delivery was 3 weeks earlier than expected, very good.
