Tom and Josh were very helpful and patient with my wife and I. They took us through the procedure, explaining things clearly and simply. Any questions we had were answered knowledgeably. Delivery was 3 weeks earlier than expected, very good.

Satisfied doesn't even cover my feelings about the experience with mini. They really treat you like one of the family. touching base on a weekly basis, sometimes more often to keep me up to date with how things were progressing. Nothing was too much.

My car came one month earlier than expected, meaning I got an early Christmas present. All correspondence was great and I couldn't fault anything.

No problem with quality of work. No courtesy car available so was offered transfer to town with pick up at same spot at 330pm back to garage. Unfortunately after 5calls no transfer appeared and I had to walk from town to Kingston estate.
