Cars were lovely to look at and sit in, test drive was fun, sales staff (Charlie) were really helpful, knowledgeable and answered all of my 'stupid' questions as if it was the first time anybody had asked them.

The whole process of buying our Mini from Lloyd Mini Carlisle was excellent from start to finish. Josh was first class, a credit to Lloyds, so helpful, nothing was to much trouble, from test driving, to us collecting our Mini it was fault less.
