Natasha Beattie who dealt with me was very efficient in her role. She did not pressure me into purchasing the car. She expressed all options with detail. She was cordial made me feel welcome and gave me time to consider all options.

The whole process of buying our Mini from Lloyd Mini Carlisle was excellent from start to finish. Josh was first class, a credit to Lloyds, so helpful, nothing was to much trouble, from test driving, to us collecting our Mini it was fault less.
