Communication was terrible. I normally receive a video with information which I didn't plus I agreed a time for collection but it wasn't ready. Nobody communicated this and had to wait 40 minutes. Plus the complimentary wash and hoover was awful.

I booked a battery replacement and was persuaded to take a battery check. This resulted in a battery replacement for an extra £50! Faulty tyres were not replaced as agreed resulting in me having to return the next day. It was a shambles.

I'm in the process of committing to an EV for the first time . I had a test drive and was shown all the controls in a way that was both informative and easy to understand. The differences between driving a conventional car and an EV fully explained.
